“They’ve given me a huge opportunity that I would never have had the chance to get if it wasn’t for them. “Because I was so close to the people who hired me, I consider them like family,” he said. Turner said the heaping platters are all cooked to order, which helps to keep the flavours fresh - and the kitchen busy. “But, in doing so, we put out a great quality product and service. We don’t make a lot of money on the product, but we do a lot of turnover,” he said of the business approach.
